ICE arrest U.S. citizen father of 4—locking him up in jail for almost a week.

"One of the agents pointed at me and said, 'Just get him, he's Mexican,'" he explained.

Security camera footage proved he didn't "resist" agents—but they still tackled him to ground bloodying his arm.

His attorneys are worried because the charges were dropped "without prejudice"—so prosecutors can still refile charges at any time.

Javier Ramirez says he has been traumatized—constantly looking over his shoulder in his hometown of Montebello, California.

"They are literally racial profiling us. If you even look Latino, they will come and get you," he concluded.
