By granting Trump vast powers and absolute immunity for crimes, the Supreme Court has crowned Trump as King, thus directly contradicting Thomas Paine`s 1776 declaration that “in America THE LAW IS KING. For as in absolute governments the King is law, so in free countries the law ought to be King.“
