NONE of these people should have been deported without due process. The 5th Amendment clearly says “No person shall…be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.” Not “no citizen.” No PERSON. Bring them all back and give them their rights.

A DOJ lawyer admitted in court on Friday that Mr. A-G should not have been deported; expressed frustration with White House. 2. So, a judge ordered Mr. A-G’s return by Monday. 3. The DOJ lawyer was placed on administrative leave on Saturday for admitting to the facts around this illegal deportation. 4. On Saturday, the Regime filed for a stay to avoid bringing Mr. A-G back. 5. On Sunday, the stay was denied.
